Room was spot less everywhere is beautiful and clean. Service is very accommodating and friendly. Resturants and buffet are also good quality for all inclusive. Awesome room, stocked mini bar and a bottle of wine when we arrived, BT speaker in shower very clean, comfortable bed. The customer service here was amazing. Every worker was extremely nice, helpful and gave the vibe they really wanted to be there to give you the best experience possible. Not one complaint I can think of. The food was great, buffet for breakfast and lunch had good varieties. Silk city had an awesome view and great food. The fajitas at Picante were amazing. And the tequila was top notch.

Very amazing and friendly staff that were on point with everything. Food was amazing and of course the unlimited drinks. Housekeeping and room service did such a great job , cleaned and changed rooms twice a day 10/10

The place was amazing. Very clean and the staff is very good at making sure you have whatever you want. Rooms were picked up twice a day with fresh towels. The food was great, the different restaurants were awesome.

Room was very clean , staff friendly except one bartender at the rooftop pool , we tipped 14$ us and he rolled his eye when I asked for lime and salt for my shot.
