Staying at Breathless was an amazing experience. The resort itself was always clean the food was delicious and the staff is all so attentive and kind. I would stay there again just due to the fact that the staff was so professional and always made sure you were taking care of. If you do decide to go ask for Ricardo in the French restaurant. We went back twice in our stay there. One because the food was our favorite there and two because he delivered such a pleasant experience. The beach was beautiful and the pools always had activities going on. You can never be bored at this resort. We actually went to celebrate my fiancés 33 birthday and the concierge I spoke to through email was quick at responding and did an amazing job setting up the surprise.

I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a good experience. The property was very clean, well-kept, and felt completely safe the entire time, which made for a relaxing and stress-free stay. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. First, the customer service was just okay. While the staff were polite, they didn’t seem very engaged or proactive. A bit more warmth and attentiveness would really go a long way in making guests feel more welcomed and cared for. Secondly, the food was a major letdown. Most of the restaurants on the property served very similar menus, and the quality of the food was disappointing. It felt repetitive and lacked variety. Offering more diverse options and updating the menus with better flavors and fresher choices would really elevate the dining experience. Despite those issues, I still enjoyed my time at the resort and appreciated the cleanliness, safety, and overall atmosphere. With a few changes, especially in customer service and food quality, this place could easily become a top-tier destination.

We did not have any complaints really. The hotel is beautiful it is new. The best thing about this Resort are the pools. The rooftop pool that everyone can enjoy is excellent. The food was just okay. The entertainment needs to be more. This property could benefit from adding an actual theater where people can come and attend nightly shows whether it be a band a Broadway show karaoke, etc.

The property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The hotel needs to do better with restaurant availability and nightly entertainment. Shutting things down at 11pm and only having the 1 nightclub leaves guests bored. And the pool entertainment is bored...it should be more energy from entertainment staff.
