Huge Mistake to Book this Place

First of all, the location in the Expedia Map and the description were totally different from it really was. It was pinned and described as Downtown Cancun, but it actually stays 25 minutes driving far from Downtown. The real location is impossible to grab a cab or call a Uber. The house was very duty, it has dusty and hair all around. The sheets probably was not washed before we got there, they had stains and smell mold. The house has 3 bedroom, just 1 of the 3 mattresses was good to sleep, the others 2 were very uncomfortable. We had to buy new pillows because the ones there were very old, smelling mold and with stains. Also, it didn't have enough cleaned towels to us 6. I have asked the property manager to send someone to clean the house and nobody came. The experience was super annoying, I don't recommend anybody to book this place if you want to enjoy Cancun. Notice that I have paid a huge amount of money for seven nights, I could have paid less to have 3 rooms in the Ibis Hotel located in Downtown, it was a very expensive place for what it offered.
