We booked this cuz it said it had a sofa bed but when we came in was a cheap small futon not a sofa bed and no blankets and pillows and the attendant said it's not for sleeping on

We stay for one night and is was okay from desk no speak English and the shower do not have a curtain, need to be careful to not slip do to floor towel and floor was all wet after shower

Great shuttle comfortable beds

Great for our quick layover! The shuttle was excellent, pickup outside door labeled “family and friends” and call the hotel. We waited about 15minutes. Bed super comfy. The breakfast was pretty basic but we were happy since there are no restaurants around except a 7-11 and a taco place (restaurant in hotel only for dinner). Will be staying here on our trip back.

Extremely basic stay the rooms look out onto a multi level parking lot. The service is reduced to two people at the front desk with lines of 10 people in front of them. The breakfast offers nothing healthy to eat even though you’re in Mexico the coffee is terrible and not one thing vegan on the whole table not even a bit of soy milk or any other type of milk for lactose intolerance

Installation are clean, 5 min to airport, the beds aren’t comfortable to hard. Staff are not friendly, the tv’s are not smart only regular channels, overall convenient to stay one night.

This hotel is fine for a quick stay before/after the airport, but I wouldn’t go back. The walls are thin and I could hear other guests moving around in their rooms when I was trying to sleep. The beds are very very firm. The wifi didn’t work for me, which was annoying. The bathroom was designed with literally zero counter space. However the hotel is clean and new and very close to the airport. The free breakfast was basic continental-style, but appreciated. The staff was nice enough. I wasn’t unhappy with the stay but I also think there’s better out there to be found. I would not rebook at this hotel.

A nice short stay hotel

This hotel is not somewhere that you would spend a week in Cancun but for a short stay near the airport it is more than sufficient. The hotel is clean and comfortable with plenty of parking and the staff is very nice. The location is near a busy road and the rooms overlook some industrial yards. The free breakfast about what you would expect. We were getting in very late so it didn’t make sense to pay for a night in an all inclusive so it served its purpose well
