The building has 2 floors (8 apartments in total), and has a nice terrace (shared). The apartment is on the ground floor,
Online Concierge Service, which will help you book transport services, tours and whatever you need outside the apartment.

✔ Dining table.

- We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows in view of the neighbors.
- We ask you not to leave garbage in common areas or outside the property, if you don't know where to throw the garbage please ask us.

- Replacement of lost keys or towels costs $20 US each.
- You have total privacy of the property, however if there is any force majeure case where we have to access we will let you know in advance (flooding, leaks, fire, etc).
