Nice house in front of a park. Surrounded by trendy restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, hospital, bus station, bus stop, etc., which you can reach in just 5 minutes walking. Private parking for two cars.
Comfortable, full of light, silent most of the time, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV room, all on one floor.
IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO CLIMB STAIRS.
Pleasant backyard with space for family living. All this in the best area of Cancun!
Air conditioning and fans in all spaces. 3 televisions with cable service in the kitchen bar, the master bedroom and in a living room. Smoking is permitted only in the garden, there is a table with chairs for your comfort.
Also in the garden you can have meetings, listen to music, dance and have fun ^ - ^ !!! (As long as they are not too noisy), and of course: drug use is prohibited.
We like to be friendly with ecology, so we promote the conscious use of energy.

Had a very nice time here. The private pool and outdoor area was very nice to hang out! The neighborhood was quit & being two female friends traveling we felt safe walking around the area. The host was very accommodating and was quick to reply with any questions we had. I would recommend this place!

Downtown Cancun nice house/neighborhood

House was nice as well the neighborhood. We had small issues with toilets and water but, Maria and her husband were very nice and helpful on fixing the problems right way. Definitely I will stay there again. Thank you Maria for all the help you gave us with information about everything while we stayed in Cancun.

Great location, awesome house

This house was perfect for our stay. After long days out it was great to get back and take a quick dip in the pool. Location is great. Near hotel zone and cute little park across the way. The owner was awesome and met us early because of our arrival time and showed us everything the house has to offer.

Easy Access

This property was perfect for us. We had supermarkets close to us, accessibility to restaurants and shopping. The owners are wonderful and attentive to the needs of the renters. Only remark is the washer does not work as expected, so make sure you are prepared for that. The kitchen comes loaded with accessories you may need, whether you are have a full meal or snacks! Haus war gut ausgestattet, alles dabei was man so benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, bei Fragen oder Anliegen standen sie jedederzeit zu Verfügung. Haus in guter und sicherer Lage, zwischen Hotelzone und Innestadt. Aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen!
