The cyan resort met all expectations and more.The front staff Bere was amazing, even surprising me with cake and champagne for my 53 birthday ❤️. William who organized special events was super friendly and kind. For an older hotel, everything was clean well taken care of and the affinity pool looking over the ocean was to die for. Our housekeeper was so sweet every day our towels were in different shapes from hearts to flowers to bows to seals. It was so impressive. She was so kind. I definitely wanna say thank you to Bere. She was amazing.

The resort was nice and the only interaction we had with the staff was the front reception whom she was nice and Chris was fast. However the food at the restaurant in the resort was ok and should be improved. The service at the restaurant was slow and had to ask several times for a toast (perhaps the server forgot)

Very much enjoyed my stay here! Will definitely book here again. The pool and ocean is absolutely stunning, staff are super friendly, they allowed up to stay on the property after we checked out until we had to go to the airport at 4:00pm. The food was really really good! Highly recommend!!

Suited me for a short stay looking for inexpensive beach and sunshine. This part of Cancun is away from the craziness which is perfect with a quieter but very nice beach. The hotel needs a little love and modernising but it’s was perfect for solo travel. Restaurant is good but more costly than leaving the hotel. There are restaurants across the road if you need. Close to airport. Had a lot of positives here!! Wake up for the sunrise

Has beach access and a good looking pool and nice location. The staff is non-friendly and rooms are also bad, bathrooms are too small. But this was a cost-effective option in the hotel zone, you get what you pay for!

I rarely write reviews or complain. This was my first time in Mexico and had brought my 16yr old for a semester break getaway. We came to the hotel to find it nothing like the photos. The front desk staff was rude and not at all inviting. The lobby looked like a shack. When we got to our room it didn’t get better. The shower sprayed water everywhere as it was so caulked. The floors got soaked and there was no ventilation fan. The sofa bed was dirty and stained. There was no phones and to top it off when our driver came up pick us up to go on our trip they sent them away. And when we asked why they said they are not around to stay around the lobby. We asked to borrow a phone that we may call them as the number they have didn’t work they replied with we have no phone. When we checked out they told us that the towel was dirty and that we had to pay. This hotel should not have the rating it does. Very disappointed please avoid this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your vacations.

Excellent swimming pool area. Comfortable place for a couple of days. Next to the beach which is great. There is a convenient store across the street for drinks and snacks. Good Wifi and A/C. 15min taxi from the airport, so if you plan to catch a plane, excllent choice.

It’s the bare minimum

It is one of the cheapest hotels in the area so I can’t expect too much however it’s is a very left alone hotel as in it needs a lot of maintaince

It was nice and quiet. Super friendly staff. They let us check in early, and held out bags for free the day of checkout. We were able to use the facilities until 7pm—although checkout is at noon! Couple nice places to eat as well as an Oxxo directly across the street. The rooms need a little maintenance—the bathrooms are aging and our shower didn’t work well. The pool always had enough beds available, free towel service, and the beach is excellent. All in all I liked it. I would return.
