I already paid thru Expedia but the hotel charged me again. The room we were given had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. After an hour, they still hadn’t gotten anybody up here to fix it. It was 10 o’clock at night and I wanted to go to sleep, so they gave me a new room and helped hold the door while I moved all of our stuff. However, when we got to the new room, both beds had other people‘s hair in it already. Gross “Cleaning “

Friendly staff clean rooms. The hotel is in an ideal location just cross the highway to get the bus to head to plaza las americas and on the compound has some restaurants and shopping stores

Minha experiência inicial com o hotel não foi boa. Chegamos e a nossa reserva não estava pronta. Esperamos 15 minutos para separem um quarto (obs. Fiz a reserva em setembro e cheguei em 30 /12). Quando chegamos no quarto, este estava fedendo muito a cigarro, e a descarga não funcionava. Pedimos para trocar e so tinha quarto inferior ao nosso, mas aceitamos pois os quartos são grandes e espaçosos. O café da manhã é bom. Os atendentes são educados e solicitos.
