This place costumer service is awful , will cancel your reservation if you don’t check in on time so if you flight is delayed which is out of your control you loose all your money . I paid for 5 nights and I called the hotel to notify them and they didn’t care and wouldn’t refund me my money . Expedia costumer service stated they should of not cancel my reservation .

Hice la reserva en Expedia que indicaba que era Todo Incluido! Al llegar la hotel nos dijeron que la reserva que les aparecia en el sistema no incluía alimentación. Tuvimos que pagar mas de $500 me parece que Expedia hace una estafa con lo que ofrece. Me comuniqué con ellos por medio de chat y pésimo servicio al cliente, lejos de resolver y ayudar me dijeron que no se hacian responsables. Consejo: NO RESERVEN CON EXPEDIA

Me encantó el hotel y las diferentes actividades. Había reservado un todo incluído y cuando llegue me dicen que solo desayuno (publicidad engañosa de expidia) Era mi cumpleaños y tarde 3 horas tratando de resolver y no obtuve éxito así que como ya era muy tarde solo pagué el daypass de bebidas y la pasamos muy bien en los show si regresaré al Hotel pero reservando directo con ellos ❤️ como es un hotel con muchas habitaciones las filas para los restaurantes son por lo menos de 30 min de espera.

Absolutely the worst all-inclusive resort I have ever stayed in Mexico. I have never had such a bad experience. My girlfriend and I visited in early August 2021. For starters the place was udner staffed but given the nature of the pandemic it was understandable but regardless the staff was rude which is so different than the norm in mexcio. The buffets woom 30-60 mins every morning to enter for breakfast. The Food was rather cheap and low quality. The snack bars around the pools had the most horraneous options I ahve ever seen. There ould be giant tubs of pre-cooked chicken tenders that would just lay there all day until people ordered them. The drinks at this resort were beyond terrible. There was no premium liquor what so ever and all that the rest used was cheap local booze. They never measured their drinks which made the cocktails so strong it was unenjoyable. The rooms were the worst part of this all. The shower did not go past a luke warm heat, I woke up with bed bug bites almost every night, the cleanign service would only come clean the rooms once every two nights, there was no safe to lock your valuables up and the AC was broken so unless you left it at full blast it would be an incredibly loud noise that made it hard to sleep, so we went to bed in MEXICO with sweaters and sweat pants. Lastly, the beach was covered in algae. Please for the sake of your hard-earned dollar NEVER and I mean NEVER visit this resort. It was a great location 20 years ago but not anymore.

El hotel a decaído en fatal desde la calidad de comida hasta la atención del personal. terrible , Expedia te vende todos incluído pero no es cierto me cobraron casi $500 más por la estadía , la playa llena de sargazo vas a los bares y no tienen nada de lo que pides y los bartenders enojados , no tienen ni salsa soya para el sushi. La verdad terrible experiencia ! Expedia no se hace responsable ya que usa terceros para sus caras de paquetes y el perjudicado es uno no es lo que te ofrecen totalmente decepcionada .

The pool and beach were very nice. We enjoyed the adult pools. The beds there were nice. We were disappointed at most everything else. - They were missing two toliet seats at a restroom. -We waited approximately 2 hours to check in. - All inclusive means that breakfast was included. We needed to spend approximately $700 more to include the other meals and drinks. I have never gone to an all-inclusive resort that just included breakfast. -The bathroom had a frosted block wall between the toilet and the bed. I ended up using the restroom with the light out so the other person could see me. - It states that refrigerator is stocked, but if you want more of anything you have to pay for room service to bring it. This includes water which is needed to brush with. -Service was slow at all but one restaurant. The Italian restaurant had excellent service. -The restaurants were out of ice most days. -There was a sign saying that they were not responsible for theft and to use the safe. The safe did not have a lock and I heatd on our last day you had to go to the desk and buy a lock.

Les recomiendo el RIU... en realidad el gran oasis Cancun le falra mucho para hacer TODO INCLUIDO. Las porciones de los alimentos muy poco, la entrada al antro del hotel es tedioso el vigilante te hace q esperes como 1 hora. En realidad es la primera y ultima vez que me hospedo en ese lugar... queria ahorrar 3mil pesos y sali perdiendo... sin duda mi proxima vez sera en el RIU. No vuelvo a elegir el Gran oasis Cancun.

Deben ponerle atención a los elevadores pues son muy lentos y en la mayor parte de nuestra estadía uno de ellos no funcionó. Toda nuestra estancia la pasamos subiendo y bajando escaleras hasta el 5to piso.

Probablemente el peor hotel de Cancun

Dificilmente puedo comentar algo positivo, tal vez la alberca y playa que estan bien. Check-in pesimo, casi 2 horas para que nos entregaran la habitacion, aunque habia poca gente. Todos los restaurantes muy malos (incluso Bahia Steak house que requiere reservacion, y que en apariencia esta bien). Es pura comida congelada industrial sin sabor.. Durante mi estancia, fui varias veces a recepcion porque mi tarjeta para entrar a la habitacion estaba desactivada. El dia del check out, despues de desayunar me paso otra vez, pero segun era la chapa que ya no tenia pila, y solo una persona de mantenimiento podia ayudarme, y no estaba en este momento. Lo unico que me dijeron los empleados era que siempre les pasaba etc.. Esperé 1h30 y perdi mi vuelo. Todo mal de inicio a final, por un precio muy elevado..
