My daughter felt unsafe the moment she walked in. The first staff member host at the front when I went to check in during the check-in took a vape and then exhaled it right into my face. The room looked like something out of a jail cell with no guards and was on the first floor which just made me feel unsafe having my daughter with me. The room was dirty. I was looking for a two-bedroom place as I had seen in the pictures but the room that I was given had a small rickety bed. We left and discussed the room and I decided to come back later to just cancel the room. As I walk back in to get some items there were more middle-aged creepy looking men in the cafeteria smoking cigarettes and cigars in the common areas which again didn't make me feel good so I went to check out and asked the second host about getting a refund and he said to just contact Expedia about it after telling him that my daughter didn't feel safe there.

Convenient for travel by bus.

This hotel is on a side street just behind the ADO bus station in Cancun Central. I chose it because I wanted easy access to the busses for travelling around the area and also close enough to an area suitable for my running. It is about 0.7 miles (1.1 km) walk to the front entrance of the Puerto Cancun Mall Complex (with stone columns) where you have a nice flat sidewalk that will take you down Avenida Bonampak to Avenida Kukulcan for the start of the cycling/running path at Km 0 that goes north through the Zona Hotelera. The hotel is no frills, but I don't go on vacation to lounge inside the hotel all day. The room was clean, the shower and toilet worked, the AC worked, and the TV worked.

Hotel muito ruim, condições horríveis, na entrada entregam as chaves e controles em uma bolsa de plástico toda engordurada. O quarto não tinha estrutura nenhuma, as coisas todas velhas e quebradas. O chuveiro não funcionava e nada prestava. O ar-condicionado estava desligado no quadro de luz, precisei ver com o funcionário da recepção e ele me falou o que tinha que fazer, além disso não pediu meus documentos nem no check-in ou no check-out Não me senti nada seguro e não dormi direito. Precisei ir para outro hotel pois não tinha condições de ficar lá

La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones son regulares ni malas ni buenas si buscas algo donde quedarte una o dos noches es el indicado, pero no esperes una buena atención por el personal del hotel, es pésima, y creo que deberían cambiar de actitud al final del día están prestando un servicio y si no dan una buena cara, alejaran a los turistas
