Once again, Hacienda Morelos made my Mexican dreams come true! This charming hotel has simply the best location in Puerto Morelos on the best stretch of beach. Stunning views, quiet and restful environment, clean, with all amenities you could need. Staff are friendly and so accommodating! I will be back again and again. Gracias!

Nice big room with fridge and safe. Large terrace on 1st floor overlooking the pool, beach & sea. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional with large shower and lots of hot water. Great location with beach access and plenty of sun loungers round pool and on beach for exclusive use. Great restaurant attached to hotel (Meulle Once) super location and tasty food.

Pros: you get nice beach views no matter what room you’re in. The ground floor (no balcony) option you get direct access to the pool and the steps to beach are also right outside your door. The hotel is on the quieter side of town. Right on the edge of everything else which I personally enjoyed. I love my quietness. They have a good restaurant connected to it and also option for snorkeling/diving and other things connected to the hotel. So Everything you need is there. Also, free coffee every morning for guests. Cons: No elevators. Stairs only, they are narrow. Sheets are super thin. I was cold most nights but I brought socks thank goodness! No microwave. I got take home food twice and couldn’t warm it up. The inside isn’t the best, definitely don’t book if you’re looking for luxury. I’d book again due to the views and the side of town it’s on. I love it. Employees are all excellent! Super helpful and kind staff!

Very quaint hotel older well kept except room 102 had a gap that let in mosquitoes and ants in . On top and Btm of door . They had a foam strip across but you can still see lots of light in between the door and outside . Best room for gorgeous sunrise from bed ! Mgr changed our room all was good . 102 best sunrise views !

We have been to Puerto Morelos 5 times and have stayed here every time. The staff is SO nice. The hotel is a little older, its not one of the fancy resorts but it is ON the beach. Across from the grocery store and within walking distance of anything you could need. Muelle Once is the restaurant there and it is DELICIOUS. Have the pancakes!!! Absolutely recommend Hacienda Morelos 200%

We stayed at Hacienda for 5 days recently. The location is great - you can walk to the Centro and to many restaurants and shops. The beds were pretty hard / not comfortable. The beach was nice and clean. Plenty of seats and shade. Overall we would stay here again.
