The whole trip was great i’ve been back for the pas 3 years and everytime the experience has been great i even run into someone at the bar who was staying 3 hotels over he had a friend staying at the hilton an he changed his reservation after he stayed 3 days at another one from a bad time he said.

The Hilton Mar Caribe All-Inclusive resort was perfect. Please do not let any bad review of this place steer you away. The waiters, staff, housekeeping, cleaners, and everyone employed by Hilton are fantastic. They were extremely kind and happy to serve you. The food is fantastic at every restaurant and making a reservation is simple. Room service food is amazing and never small portions. The beach is beautiful and extremely clean. Overall, this place is great. They provided great entertainment at night with different artist each day. The middle of the day snacks at the cafe and sandbar are amazing. Could not be more happy with my stay at the Hilton. Thank you to all of the staff and employees that made this possible. You were wonderful!

This was our second visit to this property. We brought our 14 year old daughter this time. It is safe and family friendly. The beach is beautiful! We stayed in a ground floor beach front room. As before, it was clean and well stocked. The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The staff is friendly and works very hard to provide a good experience. It bothered us to see some guests treating them poorly (Hilton Diamond members, I am pointing at you!). The food is as expected for an all-inclusive. My husband enjoyed the Brazilian meat skewers at the buffet.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place then this isn’t the hotel for you…however if your looking for a family friendly, energetic, fun and beautiful all inclusive…no need to go further! The food could use a little upgrading and a little more organization to avoid lines but the staff were so friendly!! The activities and entertainment are non stop…you can participate or relax and observe with your favourite drink! ALL the rooms have a fantastic view! We were there just into the new year so it was a little quieter and didn’t experience the crowds. This was the first time for us at an all-inclusive so we don’t have much to compare to but we would definitely go back to this hotel!
