This is an amazing hotel to spend your vacation! Excellent food at multiple restaurants and drinks served by friendly staff who are willing to help you out with anything. Stayed a week+ here with family and everyone enjoyed each day. Every night there was some entertainment arranged by the staff. Everyone was very helpful from life guards at the beach to staff at the hotel entrance. It is not easy to do this, day in and day out in 90+ humid weather. Andres, thanks for all the great drinks at the pool bar every single day. Christian thanks for voluntarily greeting and helping out with hotel information! Sorry I missed other great friendly staff names here. Also, I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by MTS travel Inc. (Mexican Travel Solution). They took us from airport to hotel and back on time and safely. Another service you can trust. Thanks again all!

The resort was kept up well. Servers worked hard. Bartenders were definitely hit or miss even if you tipped them well. Entertainment crew was basically non existent and hotel was boring. Drinks were absolutely watered down. I own a bar and know the difference on what i was drinking. We will definitely NOT be staying at this resort again.

Property was fairly clean and well maintained. Wonderful kids pool with nice warm water for our little one. The kids club staff were amazing too! Cons: -mediocre buffet food/restaurants compared to other resorts (except the steak one-which was AMAZING) -horrible concierge staff (very dismissive front desk staff and one guy even lied and said he wouldn't move rooms for me unless I agreed to upgrade to their enclave suites...which was absurd since half the resort was empty and when i checked online, there were plenty of the same rooms available) -the rooms needed heavy vacuuming behind the headboards due to an immense amount of dust bunnies -I noticed that our room was only well cleaned with the fridge restocked if there was a tip left prior
