the hotel is beautiful in terms of location, construction, beach, pools, cleanliness, you have nothing to complain about. but the problem is with the management, food and drinks. at the reception when you arrive, you discover that you don't actually have all inclusive as you paid for. and you start negotiating on the enclave. they say. it's a package that they sell as a direct view of the ocean and with better facilities. in fact you can rent this room on the site for the same price, there they try to tell you that in fact only if you pay you have access to the cabana, to the sky view which is nonsense. something that cannot be used. they ask you for 200 dollars a day for extra services but there is no service in reality better than the other guests have. the drink is diluted with water. the meat at the restaurants is paid separately if you want something better, red bull 8 dollars, tequila and whiskey are paid if you want something good and not diluted. the food at the buffet is very bad and not diverse. for a 5 star Hilton hotel very poor service. at the reception the manager is not nice.
