This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. The AC didn’t work on the first night, and we had to wait until 1 a.m. for someone to fix it—completely unacceptable after a long day. The buffet food was awful, with hardly anything fresh or appetizing. Worse yet, the staff seemed irritated and unfriendly the entire time; not a single smile or welcoming gesture. We had to call several times just to get basic items like towels and toilet paper. Overall, it felt like the guests’ comfort didn’t matter at all.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE EXPECTING ANY LEVEL OF SERVICE; FOOD ALSO COMES RAW If I could give no stars I would Multiple issues with this hotel on last few days and hotel staff brush it off. Biggest one is hotel not cooking food and saying eating raw fish is okay for pregnant because she (manager) does it. US Food states pregnant people should not consume raw food

The resort aesthetics are visually impressive, the room accommodations exceeded expectations, and the food and beverage program was consistently high quality. While we did encounter an operational issue with our door lock, the on-site team responded swiftly and proactively. As a customer-first resolution, we were upgraded to a larger room featuring a private pool—an upgrade that significantly elevated the overall stay and demonstrated excellent service recovery and guest-centric decision-making. Net-net: beautiful property, exceptional rooms, outstanding food, and a management team empowered to resolve issues effectively. We had such a good time at this resort. It’s our second time here and the staff was great. Especially the pool concierge team. JC, Leon, Kevin and the pool staff were great. Highly recommend this all-inclusive to everyone.

Overall, it was good. The pool is not very big, and there is no ocean-view pool for families; only the adults-only pool has an ocean view. Our room was assigned near the restaurant’s back door, and starting around 10:00 p.m., there was a lot of noise from staff talking and from plates and chairs being moved. My kids were trying to sleep, but it was quite noisy.

This resort was just overall an “okay” resort! The food was our least favorite part! I would rate the food here a 1/10! We ended up getting food poisoning after eating at their steakhouse restaurant. The resort does get pretty noisy around 1pm and 8pm-1030/11pm! If you have babies/toddlers, I do not suggest staying here as the noise level is pretty loud especially during nap time. There was also a day when something downstairs from us was being renovated so there was a lot of noise. It woke our little boy up. The employees are so/so. They seem more arrogant than helpful. I had to call multiple times for them to bring something up such as a food item or for housekeeping. The buffet offers a variety of food but the quality is very poor! It’s actually disgusting. Our toddler refused to eat there… that should tell you something. Overall, disappointed in this resort.
