I didn't like the fact that there weren't designated pools or areas for adults only. It was hard to enjoy a relaxing day in the pool because there were way too many kids in the main pool. Granted, they were being kids and that's fine but it would be nice to have a separate area for adults only. The room was great and clean. I think at check-in the front desk should recommend making dinner reservations asap because of how busy it always is. We weren't able to get a reservation while we were there. Everything was booked. The staff was great.

Just came back from a lovely 2 night stay at Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive. I brought my wife to celebrate her birthday. Leading up to our stay, I had been corresponding with Javier Correa, as he was tremendously helpful with setting up decorations for our room with balloons, cake and champagne for my wife’s birthday. When we got to the resort, the front desk person Diego set us up with the room upgrade. The grounds itself were lovely. The pool was great, the beach was small but was really nice. We didn’t have a chance to go to all the restaurants but we did experience Mexican night, which the food was excellent, the buffet was good, the taco stand by the North pool was great, and the steak restaurant was really good. Hopefully when we go the next time, we can go for a little while longer and get more of an experience of the resort. The only negative may be that all the restaurants need reservations for dinner, where a lot of resorts don’t necessarily need reservations.
