The room was nice, balcony was peaceful, grounds were clean, wait staff at the lobby bar was great. There is not a lot of privacy in the in-room bathrooms having transparent glass walls. Make reservations for all your dinners as soon as you get there. The steakhouse books quickly. Avoid the Italian restaurant, not worth the time. The Asian and taco place were great. We had issues with our driver being allowed onto the property to pick us up. The hotel worker-in reservation area, was extremely rude about this. This was not normal for a Hilton. The beach area was cleaned every morning. There were ample chairs on the beach and surrounding the pools. We would definitely go back.

I've stayed in Cancun many times and this was one of my favourite hotels. The hotel rooms were new and clean and very comfortable. We upgraded for an ocean view and it was beautiful. The food was amazing. The food was amazing, but what stood out the most was the staff. All staff members throughout the entire resort were very friendly and happy to be there working and wanted to make sure that all guest received good service. Every day we went to the pool and sat in the same section because we truly enjoyed Pedro. He made our trip. He was always willing to go above and beyond. If I were to give one critique, it's the beach itself. I loved the beach, but it was too small and I very much enjoy having beach chairs on the beach for at least one or two days of my vacation, but I was unable to do that. That wouldn't prevent me from returning to this resort because I found it excellent.

The room is clean- we had a pillow case with makeup smear on it ( I don’t wear any makeup, so it wasn’t mine) I assume it was a laundered pillowcase but it should have been taken out of the rotation for use-not a very good reflection of the hotel. Also could have used more towels in the room -only 1 washcloth for two people. We requested more and they came in removed our towels which we had hanging for another use , took the two hand towels we had but did not replace them, no wash clothes 🙁. Ended getting a couple later that day from housekeeping cart attendant. Beautiful resort, helpful staff, friendly too.
