I would not recommend this hotel. The pool area was gross, half was closed down, the other half water logged with cushions missing, etc. Check in was a joke. We arrived, was told we couldn't check in until 3pm (it was 2:30) so has to jump back in the line to wait to check in when everyone in front of us was able to before us. The only helpful employee was the guy scheduling the shuttle. I was also charged more then I was told on Travelocity! Our room was decent but besides that, disappointing.

Not what I was expecting

Arrived at 10 pm after a long and delayed bus trip from Merida. No dinner after 10pm, seriously on an airport hotel? Got a disabled room, which was not what I made reservation for. Outside building lights glowing 8nto the room, the curtains didn't where total blackout. Air conditioning very noisy kept starting and stopping all night.

Walkable from airport. Very convenient

Great location. I landed at terminal 2 late at night. 4 min walk to the hotel which felt safe (as a solo female) The hotel is welcoming, clean modern and just what I needed for a quick sleep. The rooms are basic with limited sound proofing. It was noisy all night with people. I would recommend for a quick stop over at CUN airport.

I had a delayed flight in Cancun and needed to stay close by for my transportation to my main resort the following day. Thankfull the Hilton Garden Cancun was a fantastic place to stay, 5 minute walk from Terminal 2, and a nice and quiet location to rest up. Great pool, location, and convinience all at a great price.

Given the price and expectations of the Hilton brand we probably expected a bit more from this hotel. The air conditioning was very noisey and turned on and off regardless of the setting. The bathroom and shower were a bit unclean, not overly dirty but not presentable to a high level. The hallway also had an unpleasant smell. Other than that the staff were pleasant and it was very convenient for an early flight.

Great place for a night’s stay as I took the Tren Maya to Yucatán. Place is conveniently located a 5-6 minute walk to CUN airport. All in all a good place for near airport stays.
