El equipo de entretenimiento le da vida a toda la experiencia en el hotel Tuve una estancia increíble en Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, y quiero dar un agradecimiento especial al increíble equipo de entretenimiento — Yohanna y César — y al maravilloso staff del bar en la alberca, Gustavo. La pasión que tienen por su trabajo realmente se nota. No solo fueron atentos, respetuosos y divertidos, sino que hicieron que cada momento se sintiera lleno de vida y buena vibra. Yohanna y César transmiten muchísima energía y calidez, y Gustavo nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en cada interacción — de verdad mantienen el ambiente animado y positivo durante todo el día. El hotel en sí es hermoso, con instalaciones modernas y comida deliciosa, pero lo que más me marcó durante mi visita fue el personal. La experiencia que ellos crearon dejó una impresión duradera. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Great resort. Be mindful no airport shuttle included, and their food is decent but not great. We also experience a moment of power outage and no AC with no accommodation of the inconvenience. Upgrade to the vantage club to gain access to the rooftop pool its worth it but the drinks were terrible no real fruit like other resorts. Food is limited during certain times of the day. For example at 1700hrs there is no where to get food at the time

Hotel is great. Evening restaurant choice is limited and menus are limited as well specifically for vegetarians. The hotel is away from the beach. They have a beach club but the sea is rough and red flag for swimming. Entertainment team is great. Day time buffet choice is good.

My daughter and I had a blast it was only 5 days but it was beautiful. The staff were unreal right from check in to check out they also let us keep our room for late checkout. Our flight was at 740pm they let us keep it right till we had to leave . Highly recommended.

The property is quite beautiful but is still in construction so there is part of the resort that just isnt accessible to guests. You also have to pay an extra $400 to gain access to “vantage club perks” and one of those perks being the rooftop pool and restaurant for dinner leaving us with only the pool in the lobby. The food at the buffet was just okay and in order to eat at any of the restaurants you have too book a reservation first thing in the morning so keep that in mind if you want to stay at this property. I would also say that the ambiance of this property is more for 35+ and couples.
