I love staying at hyatts because its so consistant and the food is very good. At this particular hyatt i had a different experience. While some of the staff were phenomenal, others were rude and dismissive. At one of the hotels night functions we were told by a staff member we needed a reservation to attend. Then later went to front desk to ask about it and told it was open to all. Some of the restaurants were closed during our stay and typically room service is 24 hours, which it was not. At times it felt understaffed. The food we did have was very good. Room was nice but did not have a fan for the bathroom or toilet room.

THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. EVERY MEAL. some workers were nice with good service (housekeeping beach club and cop pool) but dinner restaurant service was awful. took 3 hours for dinner. kept forgetting our ordered and asked what i wanted to drink 4 times…. japanese restaurant was the worst food i’ve ever had.

Clean room but room was not what i expected from photos or what I paid for. The Staff wasn’t as friendly as i’ve expected. The $200 credit was not used and the staff was not helpful with using the credit. The food, lunch especially was great. Service overall was not great.
