- Superama (Walmart) supermarket and the ADO secondary bus station: about 5 minutes
- Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun): about 4 minutes
- Las Americas mall and public transport to the Hotel Zone: about 7 minutes
Nearby: Cancun Hotel Zone beaches, Isla Mujeres ferry at Puerto Juarez, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Chichen Itza and Xcaret are all easy trips from here.

- Public bus stop: about 7 minutes on foot
To the beach by bus: from Las Americas mall take the bus to 'CRUCERO', get off at the City Hall (Palacio Municipal), cross the street and take Route 1 or Route 2 to the Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera).
The ADO secondary station by the Ibis hotel has buses to Playa del Carmen, Chichen Itza, Tulum and Xcaret.
Parking: free underground parking spot plus limited free street parking outside the building.
Other Things to Note:
Guest registration: before arrival we will request a clear photo of the official ID of every guest staying at the apartment, plus a signature of the condominium regulations. This is required to authorize building access and keep good relations with neighbors.
Honest expectations: although the location on a main avenue is very convenient, there can be some noise from traffic and from construction in the area and the adjoining building. Our prices and cancellation policy reflect this.
Local wildlife: you may come across birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, the occasional scorpion). We care for the environment, so please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.
Included: a cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus starter amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and basic essentials. Additional mid-stay cleaning or restocking is available for an extra fee.
Air conditioning: to keep the A/C working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set it below 21 C / 70 F.
