The worst hotel!!!... El peor al que he ido!!! SUCIO,APESTOSO Y DEMASIADO VIEJO!!!! Vi opciones de 3 habitaciones y ninguna vale la pena,al final cambie de hotel y aun estoy esperando mi reembolso!!! El gerente atendio m8 caso y aun estpy rsperando que expedia staff logre contactarlo para el proceso de reembolso....con mi experiencia de agte de viajes y ahora de cliente vistando muchas partes del mundo y diversos hoteles JAMAS me habia topado con una situacion tan desagradable, lo unico bueno de ese hotel son los chicos que te ayudan con las maletas tristemente no recuerdo el nombre de el chico que me ayudo ahora, pero nunca nos dejó solos, nos ayudo hasta a transferir nuestras maletas al proximo hotel caminando ese vale oro...

Staff was friendly and kind - we got 3 rooms and that’s when the stay went down hill, we had to change rooms due to our A/C being broken, our second room had a sewer flood transpire and then had to change rooms unexpectedly- promised a fruit basket and got 3 apples and some strawberries from the bar. Our last room, had the toilet overflow the whole 5 days we were there. I feel like it needs to be reconstructed completely.

We stayed in the corner unit, where we could open the windows from front that is facing to the ocean and the side, which is facing to half ocean and half city. It also had a balcony facing to ocean, overall, it was a beautiful room. We loved it. And it was all inclusive. Restaurants were amazing. We loved all the food and service. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Only thing we didn’t like was elevator It was slow, but we were staying on the fourth floor and we were having so much fun that we didn’t really care about the elevator, on the second day we got used to using the stairs 😁

I been I Cancun 100 times and this place has been the worse I have ever been, the service is so bad the rooms are so hot ac doesn’t work, they had construction working on top of us so we could never sleep and ask to change us to different room and nothing we couldn’t even get water I will never go back to that place

Our room was clean & such a beautiful view! We had the Romantic Suite and they treated us to rose petals in a heart shape on our bed with tasty macaroons and champagne. The food at the buffets was always delicious and fresh. One of the servers, Cecee, was especially thoughtful and attentive. A fantastic experience all around.

Just spent a week at the Hotel Krystal Cancun and had a really good time. A lot of maintenance was going on but they did a really good job of not interfering with guest’s stay. Food was pretty good except for at the Pecadaria, it was great there! Ask for Antonio to be your server at Pescadaria. He is excellent and the hotel is lucky to have him. He could give some of the bartenders a lesson in customer service. Drinks were OK, little bit watered down. Not all of the liquor displayed is available for all inclusive guests. Some you have to pay for. Roman was pretty comfortable. Stayed in a Krystal Klub room that was suppose to be newly renovated but it needed work. Lobby staff was very helpful with questions. The beach in this area is in a very desirable part of the beach. The hotel is also located in a very convenient area to nightlife and shopping. There is a grocery store nearby if you need items and there is also a bus stop nearby that is very easy to use to move around the hotel zone area.

Great location, the buffet was not very good, a lot of the food is cold, and breakfast is not great, but the beach bar was great. We loved the asian restaurant and Mexican restaurant. Struggled to find shade anywhere as only a handful of umbrellas. We had no issue getting a sunbed in the sun. Beach is beautiful. The pool was only waist deep everywhere so our knees were Dore by end of trip crouching down. We wished the beach bar stayed open longer, the only place upu can get a drink after 6.30 is the lobby bar and it does feel like you are sat in a lobby, so we went out every night. We probably would stay again as the location was amazing, rooms were comfortable, we did not hear any noise at all from the nightclubs in our room.
