Great location, very nice hotel and great staff. But, honestly, their bedding really needs to be updated and I told them this: the mattress was hard as a rock and seemed old. But the rain head shower in the bathroom was amazing and all else was good. In spite of the above I would probably stay again.

Great ocean view on the 12th floor, the room was clean, the staff was nice; it has a great location very near Las Americas Mall, many restaurants and stores. But the Beach Club is VERY LIMITED, there are only 2 times slots to get on the shuttle, it was already full when checked in, so we took our own Uber to the other Krystal property. You only get one day pass if you are spending 2 nights. The other property was very crowded by the pool.
