Five Stars all the way around!

Garza Blanca is a beautiful property that is impeccably maintained with staff that strives to go to above and beyond for its guests. Our 3 bedroom unit was exactly how it was described except better! The kitchen was well appointed but we didn’t really use as we were on the all inclusive package and wanted to enjoy the many restaurants. There were several huge patio areas. The jacuzzi on the top level patio was such an awesome amenity to have. Dao was our favorite restaurant. Hats off to Emmanuelle, our server, and all of the servers that helped us that night. The food and presentation and service was second to none! Five stars all around! We also ate at Blanco Blue, Bascado and Davino too. All were amazing and service exceptional! Hector and Arco were our butlers. Hector was our evening butler and we would have taken him home with us if we could. Hector is only 21 but wise behind his years with an attitude and propensity for service and kindness not normally seen in many people any more! Arco was awesome too! Both aimed to please and make sure all our needs were met. Book with zero hesitation through Leslie! Her level of customer service and communication deserves 10 stars, not 5. She was informative and helpful and made sure every question or concern I had was taken care of. I would want her as a business partner if I could—she’s that amazing! We’ll be using her again to try a different Garza Blanca location in the future! Thank you so much Leslie!
