La playa de esta preciosa, de las mejor a ubicaciones, lieteral s la par de cocobongo. La habitación tiene una vista espectacular. Las camas no están muy agradables, y el baño es aceptable. El baño difícil no está en sus mejores condiciones.

Overall the room was as expected. Nice oven side view. However the building I was in had two elevators of which only one was working, so going up and down at times was a like slow. The location of the hotel is very close to the entertainment precinct which is great however can be noisy through out the day and night if you are looking for a place to rest rather than party. The shower in my room had no pressure or hot water which was a shame.

The advertisement is not acute. Room was missing soap dispenser by the sink. For shower was only provided 4 tiny tubes of shower gel, no shampoo, no conditioner, no bar soap. Kitchen had few silverware, no kitchen knife, had a smal and medium pot, a small skillet, blender, toaster, coffeemaker even a little coffee with sugar. There was enough flat plates, 4 coffee cups, 3 glasses, 2 wine glasses 2 beds had sheets and thin blankets and 2 pillows on each bed, small tv, was enough shelving but no hanging place for clothing. The breeze from ocean was loud but very fresh that we did not use ac during the day. The view from balcony was mesmerizing

Excellant location on beach and so close to all the action and ameneties. The only downside is stanard Mexico plumbing where as the toilets always clog for no reason and the bathrooms always smell if sewer gas.

The place is okay, if you have high expectations this is not for you, if you can easily adapt to anything go for it. This place has a good location, the view I had was amazing, the staff is very nice and friendly, the AC works perfectly and the beds are comfortable. I had the doble room with two beds for 8 people, unfortunately I had some issues with one bathroom because the flush button got stuck every time, the refrigerator that we had was small and even though we had two, was still not enough to storage the food, one stove didn’t work or we couldn’t make it work but the other one was working perfectly; outside, the pool was perfect for my children since it’s not completely full so they were able to play all around the pool, the beach was nice but definitely not for kids due to the strong current. Overall we had such a great time there.

It was disappointing and we left after the first night, uncomfortable beds, the district noise was greater than all the reviews, the pool chairs and loungers were only 6/7 concrete ones, Definitely a great beach experience only and view. There used to be a reason no cancellation or rebooking- The staff were ok, and offered better accommodations if we had complained- I dont see that as a good point- Transparency on the club district. Could have been in the outline. As other hotels are. A definite party hotel,

El dpto se encuentra muy bien ubicado , cerca de comercios , frente a la playa , un amplio estacionamiento , fuera del condominio es imposible estacionar , una excelente vista de la puesta del sol , maravilloso . We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Nair Mar. it may not be a luxious hotel but it is excactly the kind of place. We love to stay. A beautiful balcony view. A small kitchen . Fairly quiet except for music from one of the nightclubs. But that was diminished by the sound of waves putting us to sleep. Although there is no maid service we didn’t mind as long as we were able to get what we needed, such as towels, toilet paper etc. They were very prompt in responding to our requests.. and when we forgot our key in the room they helped us without any drama. I will definitely stay here again

First of all the view is amazing!! The balcony is nice, that being said the whole building is a little rundown. The pool area needs new chairs but it pool area is ok tho. There was no hot water im not sure if that was mentioned in the room description. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable . All in all you get what you pay for . For what i paid , it was ok i would maybe go back. The location is amazing, on the beach, nice beach chairs. Solo traveler , felt safe there.
