yes the room was clean, nice view with our balcony. breakfast was ok but aftr eating same thing for almost 4 days, i think need some options.

This was my 2nd time staying at a RIU All inclusive and it was an amazing experience! Check in was super easy and quick. I loved the atmosphere (more relaxing vibe) and the staff was super good! Shoutout to Omar from the lounge bar, he remembered my group by name and was super nice! Everything about the resort was amazing and would highly recommend.

Very nice property. Loved the different pools and the view of the ocean. Very walkable beach. The ocean is rough. Was very loud at night. We heard the traffic every night and other room noise, was very hard to get a good night's sleep.

I just stayed at the Riu Palace Kukulcan and it was absolutely amazing. The building and the landscaping is beautiful. But what made the stay perfect was the staff. I will definitely go back.

Beautiful property -the infinity pool was wonderful as was our pool waiter. We never had to wait on drinks and he had a great memory. We ate at Pepe’s grill for lunch Best Guacamole/chips!!!!! I wish there were more activities going on. We were at latino a few yrs ago and felt like they had a lot more fit classes and more engaging evening entertainment. Evening restaurants were good. Our favorite was the spring rolls at the Asian restaurant for dinner. Housekeeping and stocking of beverages in room was good. Although I was very surprised how noisy everything is at night for a newer property. I felt like I could hear everything. Overall it was a good trip. Would I go again for that price point, probably not. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with a beautiful view this place is for you!

The room is clean, the sea water is also clean, and the scenery is beautiful. We booked a sea view room, but the hotel gave us the first floor. The hotel's airport shuttle service is not good! Because our flight is late, we can't contact the pick-up person after arriving, As a result, we should have arrived at the hotel at eight o'clock, but we didn't arrive until twelve o'clock at night.

The property is pretty new, well maintained. The restaurant choice is awesome and the food is great. The pool areas are somewhat small and can get crowdy. Also the smoking area is somewhat in the center of the pool areas with the smell sometimes reaching the outdoor buffet area.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. It was both our first time in Mexico and we are so glad we chose hotel riu Kukulkan. The staff were so helpful from the very beginning at check in all the way until we had to check out. The food was delicious, the omelet bar was my favorite for breakfast. Most of our lunches were from Pepe’s food by the pool and that was also good as well. We had dinners at sunakku, the steakhouse, and the elite club restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. Sunakku was probably our favorite. My husband had 2 orders of their dumplings because it was so good and I had their spicy curry ramen. That was so good, I’ve thought about it everyday since. The elite club and steakhouse were also really good too. The pools were always kept clean and you basically get to choose which vibe you want. The 2 pools in the middle are definitely for the livelier crowds, especially the one with the swim up bar. We found ourselves on the elite club side most often. It was relaxing and quiet without being boring. They also had cabanas that you could lay beachside on the elite club side. The hotel is located down the street from the mall which was nice, it gave us something to explore if we didn’t feel like staying at the resort. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. We were also given bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries since we were there for our anniversary. Overall, I’m so glad we chose this place
