The rooms were great! Loved the two bedroom so the kids couple sleep in a little. The food was really good, everything was clean. I would definitely go back.

staff very nice. but only 2 resturants in this location. one open only dinner time, the other have closing time before lunch and before dinner, and room service is very slow. So if you want have a brunch or early dinner to start activity tour, there is no food.

We had an amazing vacation in Royal Cancun. We were spoiled from the moment we entered the resort, they carried our luggages, seamless check in, a very friendly and knowledgeable concierge and a lovely beach front room. There was nothing one could complain about. You would want to think about what kind of swimming environment you enjoy. Some people may not like sand and beach and prefer a pool instead. Some people may not enjoy stepping on the reef as they walk in the beach. I certainly enjoyed the view and the pool. We had a chance to go to the sister resort and the kids had aqua park fun. But in the sister resort the waves were big and scary. All in all, this is a very affordable, considering all inclusive, we felt like a this was a steal. Think about how much it would add to eat the all inclusive meals in a restaurant. Definitely very affordable. The only thing I could have wished was a halal menu. But then I would need to go to Turkey or middle east. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms are very large and spacious, comfortable and very clean. The resort is very well kept and the grounds are immaculate. The beach was a definite plus! Everything on the resort is very conveniently located for individuals with small kids or with difficulty walking long distances. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The Royal Cancun All Suites is a paradise for families and those who want a quieter smaller beach vacation! Every room is spotlessly clean, well appointed and 2 bedrooms!! Perfect for families. The pools have 0 debris, bugs floating and the ground are spotless. 2 Resturants with very good food daily & the morning omelette bar was my favourite! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful & the drinks plentiful! The beach is clean and has plenty of space & you don’t need to fight for chairs (pool or beach side). The ocean front is very shallow which is perfection for the smaller kids. A play structure & swings right next to the beach bar & volleyball court could not be better. This place is a steal for the price and the cleanliness! 0 stomach issues from any of the food or drinks for the 11 of us! We came down as 3 families with younger kids and it was perfect! Honestly I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Cancun for younger families!

Excellent - clean, friendly, great food, nice beach, nice pools including kid's pool. Comfortable 2 bedroom rooms. Small resort, short walk for everything. Option to shuttle to Royal Sands for a visit to the waterpark, shows, and addition restaurants was nice as well. Minor annoyances: -You have to carry around a room key (can't use your wristband. -All inclusive but every time you get anything, even a single bottle of water, they want your room key and then print a receipt that you have to sign. -Paper receipts for towels as well

The food at the Palapa restaurant was not that good. Staff was friendly, the beach was very rocky and there was a lot of seaweed. Not many activities to do here. I was up on the second floor, did not have a nice view and our room was facing the busy street so at night it was hard to sleep due to all the loud traffic.

The rooms are amazing and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also most staff are bilingual. Highly recommend this hotel. The room is more like a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome.
