Beautifully furnished, private, with six double en-suite bedrooms, a large sitting room, dining room, library and cinema. The villa has a large pool in a beautiful tropical garden where you will spend a dream vacation.

Guest Access:
The villa is in a private gated area and we have up to 5 parking spaces available on the property.
Please note that AC is available in all bedrooms, the kitchen & cinema room, but not available throughout every area of the house - We prefer to be sustainable and have many floor to ceiling windows that can be opened onto the garden to let the sea breeze through.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in an exclusive and safe area of ​​the famous Cancun Hotel Zone, where you can find the best restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, spas and different places for both entertainment and relaxation.
There is direct access to the beach from the garden.
The ferry to Isla Mujeres is walking distance and from there is only a 20 minute journey by sea.

Getting Around:
-There is public transport (bus) through-out Hotel Zone.
-A car rental is another option, we can help you with that.
-Taxis circulare around the city.
