With capacity for 3 people, two bedrooms, the main one with air conditioning and Internet Wifi Fiber designed for teleworking. In addition to very good connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island in a comfortable way. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is ideal for families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with two bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning and a small terrace, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, 300 mb fibre Wifi Internet and television with Prime Video, Netflix, and Disney+.The flat is on the 2nd floor without lift. Strategically located, just a few minutes from the beach and the promenade, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, two bedrooms, fridge, microwave, oven, hairdryer, air conditioning in the main room, TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney +, laundry room with washing machine on the roof of the building, bed linen, shower towels, fiber Wifi Internet, cot and highchair.
