1. Did not honor my reservation, they gave us a smaller room. 2. The hotel is under construction and they are not careful/concern of children, second floor railing was missing with out warning signs. 3. The room is comfortable but smells bad, the shower drain seems to be connected directly to the sewer without a trap to block the smell from the poop.
This is the wallway we walk down to first floor

Room was overall fine, clean and reasonably comfortable beds. U fortu atley the shower only had 1 temperature, hot, which made for a less than satisfying experience.

Would give a better rating but when we arrived at the hotel they didn't have our booking from Expedia, fortunately they had a room and charged us the Expedia price, had to pay cash as the credit card machine wasn't working. Not sure if it was the fault of Expedia or the hotel but I'm going to guess the hotel... Nice clean and comfortable room though, very slow internet but it worked, A/C was good, hot water was warm at best.

Acogedor y limpio.

El hotel es muy bonito, trato excelente del personal y muy limpio. Muy cercano a la estación Candelaria del Tren Maya, el único detalle que tuvimos fue que no contamos con el servicio de wifi durante los 3 días de estancia, nos comentó la chica de recepción que tenían días con las fallas.

Hotel bonito y limpio excepto por el cobertor que tienen resguardado que al parecer no se a lavado en mucho tiempo por la cantidad de manchas y pelos que tenia. Buen aire acondicionado y buena presion de agua. La cama es cómoda pero la señal de TV falla bastante al igual que no te dan la contraseña de internet en la habitacion y no hay telefono para llamar a recepción

Está bien sólo detalles de reparación que deben cuidar , la cerradura del baño suelta y sujetada con pedazos de cartón . Si se atora el huésped se quedaría encerrado en el baño , y el agua se salía de la zona de regadera y se mojaba todo el baño

Zur Zeit finden Bauarbeiten zur Erweiterung des Hotels statt, weshalb es bis in den späten Nachmittag etwas laut sein kann. Abgesehen davon ein gutes Hotel mit netten und sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiten.
