UPSTAIRS: - Master suite: Relax on the plush queen bed, and pamper yourself in the full ensuite bathroom for your privacy and convenience. - Second & Third bedrooms: Each features a cozy queen bed, ensuring a peaceful rest for everyone. - Shared bathroom: Offers modern and stylish fittings. - Laundry room: Washer and dryer at your disposal, making your vacation hassle-free.

Getting Around:

Vehicle is best. Uber/Lyft can be scheduled in advance on their app. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.



Other Things to Note:

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Spring break 2023 near Asheville NC

Great experience overall! The townhome is beautiful, comfortable and has everything one might need. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen! The bedrooms and the bathrooms were more than enough for our family of 5. It felt like home and we enjoyed playing games and just staying indoors on the rainy spring day. Good hikes are about an hour away. There are grocery stores nearby. The only downside is a pretty busy road that the subdivision is on and it is pretty noisy at night. Otherwise, the subduction is quite and safe.

We were here for a conference at the Grove Park. We were very comfortable in this 3 bedroom condo.

Excellent. Would highly recommend. Close to Asheville downtown, restaurants, and reasonably priced. The condo has parking, which is always a plus for business travelers!

Candler townhome

Very nice accommodations. Parking for anyone with a vehicle larger than a compact presents a problem. Our vehicle barely fit in the driveway and did not fit in the garage.
