The peaceful setting feels worlds away, while easy access to breweries, dining, and mountain trails ensures convenience for your entire group.

The home spans three thoughtfully designed levels, each with its own personality—from cozy bedrooms and quiet reading nooks to full-scale entertainment experiences. Whether celebrating a special occasion or escaping for a restorative mountain getaway, this is a place where your group will truly come alive.

Main Level — Comfort & Connection

The bright and spacious main level is designed to bring everyone together. At its heart is a fully updated kitchen, stocked with new appliances, ample counter space, and a "Mug Life" coffee nook with both Keurig and drip coffee makers. A large living room offers seating for 12+ around a 65” Roku Smart TV, with sliding doors that open to the backyard deck.

Enjoy memorable group meals in the dining room, which features custom lighting and a playful pun wall. The adjacent pool/billiards room showcases a stunning custom Asheville mural, a favorite photo-op for guests. This level also includes a queen bedroom with a "Kids Club" play space and a laundry room with two washer/dryer combos for your convenience.

Lower Level — The Entertainment Floor

The entire lower level transforms into a private recreation complex, offering something extraordinary for every generation.

Upper Level — Serenity & Space

Five additional bedrooms offer a peaceful escape from the excitement below. The Master Suite features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Other rooms include a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a room with two queen beds and a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer, and a room with two full beds. A shared full bathroom serves this level.

Outdoor Spaces & The Wellness Zone

Step outside into your private oasis, where amenities glow invitingly at twilight. A front deck hosts a large Jacuzzi hot tub and a built-in propane fire pit. The back deck offers alfresco dining for 16 under charming string lights. Deeper in the woods, the "Wellness Zone" features an authentic barrel sauna and a cold plunge ice bath for ultimate rejuvenation.

Gather your group around the massive 24-foot fire pit with seating for 25, or challenge each other to a game on the 5-hole mini-golf course, pickleball court, or basketball court. A custom treehouse with a 7-foot slide provides a magical escape for kids and the young-at-heart.

**Please note: Our sports court is intentionally scaled to fit the property and is NOT regulation length. While a standard pickleball court measures 44’, ours is approximately 30’, making it ideal for relaxed, recreational play and enjoyable for guests of all ages**

Detached/ Custom Golf Simulator Building

Across the driveway sits a private, dedicated golf simulator—a fully equipped space for morning practice, competitive rounds, or an evening escape with a drink in hand.

You are just a 12-mile drive from the vibrant culture of Downtown Asheville and the historic Biltmore Estate. World-class breweries, acclaimed restaurants, and popular wedding venues are all within a convenient distance.


Getting Around

A vehicle is recommended to explore the area. The driveway has parking for maximum of 6 cars. For guests with electric vehicles, an EV charger is available for your use.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, all outdoor areas, and the separate golf simulator building, with the exception of two locked owner’s closets.

Important Information

• Guest Verification: For a secure stay, the primary guest must complete our verification process within 48 hours of booking. This includes signing a rental agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID, and a matching credit card. A $60 non-refundable damage waiver is also required.
• Amenity Use & Liability: Your use of the property and its amenities, including the hot tub, sauna, ice bath, sports courts, fire pit, bunk beds, and other features, is at your own risk. By booking, you agree to assume all responsibility for any risks and hold the owner harmless from any liability, loss, or damage.
• Septic System: The property operates on a septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. Flushing wipes (even "flushable" ones), paper towels, or feminine products can cause serious damage and may result in additional charges.
• Security Cameras: For your security, there is one exterior camera monitoring the driveway and one at the front door. Both record 24/7.
• The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book.
• Only the number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• A pet is welcome! A fee of $250 (minimum) applies. Please reach out for details.
• No smoking (cigarettes or cigars) is allowed anywhere on the property. Violation may result in immediate termination of your stay

**Please note - the property is monitored by Minut home security sensors to simultaneously monitor noise levels, occupancy, smoke, movement and temperature**

• No parties or large, unapproved events. Please inquire for special pricing for private events like weddings.
