Homely apartment with all the basic necessities at an affordable price and that too centrally located in Candolim surrounded by beaches, mountains, rivers, churches, cafes, restaurants, clubs, shopping streets, clubs and much more.

The space
Our house rules:
1. *No Smoking Indoors*: Smoking is not permitted inside the house when windows are closed. Feel free to enjoy the balconies with stunning views and watch beautiful birds. Any lingering smells at checkout may incur charges for deep cleaning.
2. *Energy Conservation*: Kindly switch off lights, geysers, and ACs when not in use or when away to save energy.
3. *Home Delivery Hours*: Home deliveries are allowed until 10:30 or 11 pm. After this time, guests are requested to collect orders from the main gate.
4. *Pool Timings and Dress Code*: The swimming pool is open until 6 pm. Please adhere to the appropriate swimming dress code.
5. *Housekeeping Charges*: Mid-stay housekeeping is chargeable at Rs. 300 per cleaning; the owner provides cleaning services only at check-in.
6. *Linens and Towels*: Available on request with additional charges of Rs.300/-
7. *Laundry Access*: Washing machine access is available on request with a fee of Rs 500 per load.
8. *Property Damages*: Guests will be charged for any damages to the property on an actual cost basis.
9. *Parking*: This apartment offers one Car Park. Dedicated parking is at A2 - 201. Parking elsewhere is subject to society rules and charges.
10. *Waste Management*: Please leave the dustbin outside the door in the morning between 9am to 2pm for housekeeping to clear the same.
11. *Checkout Timing*: Kindly adhere to the 11:00 am checkout time to allow our team two hours for preparing and cleaning the space for the next guest.
12. *Key Responsibility*: Guests are requested not to lose the keys, and a fine of INR 2000 will be charged if this situation arises.
13. *Noise Levels*: Keep the volume low after 11:00 pm as we are in a gated community.
14. *Guest Belongings*: Management and caretakers are not responsible for guests' personal belongings. A wooden wardrobe with a key is provided for storing valuable items.
15. *ID Proof*: Every guest is required to carry a valid Government Issued Identity Card which indicates address proof, as it is mandatory for check-in.
16. *Early Check-in*: While early check-ins are generally not possible during peak season, some requests may be accommodated based on the situation.
17. *Cooking Odors*: Kindly avoid cooking food that leaves heavy odors, ensuring a pleasant experience for the next guest.
Please Note : We do not provide cooker, chakla belen, rolling pin or any other additional utensils. We have basic provision for heating food and very light cooking. And the apartment is for budget travellers and nothing fancy.
