no so great accommodations

I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. I'm hoping hotels.com would reconsider and provide a refund for the nights I didn't stay as I had to move to a better hotel and now paid for 2 hotels. I'm a loyal customer of hotels.com for the past 7 years

A Value for Money well located Hotel!!!!

This was probably my 22nd night and 4th Stay in this Business Hotel. Conveniently located off Candolim Road, well maintained and courteous team members!! Overall a good Value for money hotel and professional service!!
