Infelizmente o quarto que peguei deixou a desejar. As paredes estavam com o reboco soltado e sinais de mofo.No banheiro não tinha box , somente uma cortina curta e com a pressão da água do chuveiro o banheiro ficou todo alagado, e tivemos que seca-lo.O café estava ótimo e os funcionários da recepção bem prestativos.

Quarto, banheiro e chuveiro bons! O atendimento da recepção tambem. A estrutura toda do hotel até surpreende. O que nos decepcionou foi o café da manhã. Os bolos e pães estavam secos. Tem uma estufa com alguns salgados e paes de queijo que estavam extremamente secos tambem. Nao é falta de qualidade e sim falta de cuidado no preparo. Nao foi algo pontual, pois estava assim nos 6 dias de estadia, tanto nos dias de semana com o hotel mais vazio, quanto no final de semana, em que estava mais cheio. Já me hospedei em diversas pousadas muito mais simples com café da manha muito superior. Esse realmente decepcionou. O serviço de quarto também falta cuidado e capricho. Acredito que um acompanhamento mais proximo da atuação dos colaboradores resolveriam essas duas questoes facilmente.

O hotel é charmoso, atendimento ok. Não levou 5 estrelas pelo café da manhã. Demora grande na reposição de ovos quentes, não houve reposição de pão de queijo, não havia iogurtes. Enfim, café da manhã deixou bastante a desejar. Mas com uma ressalva: meu filho é celíaco e a moça que trabalha na cozinha providenciou tapiocas para ele. Ponto positivo. Mas contando também com esses outros negativos.

Hotel tem quarto muito bom e equipe de funcionários atenciosa. Mas parece estar faltando pessoal e aparatos. A localização não é tão central, e não ha opção alguma de compra de produtos (refri, doces, salgadinhos, chicles...) no hotel ou perto. Poderiam por uma máquina nele Café da manha achei fraco, alem de estar cheio, tinha apenas uma funcionaria se desdobrando para tudo, o que fez com que boa parte das opções de café, ficassem faltando. Enfim, bom hotel no geral com boa equipe, mas carece de maior atenção e investimento de pessoal a atender.

A televisão do quarto só tinha um canal como opção. A tecla do exaustor do chuveiro estava com mal contato e não ficava ligada. Percebe-se um descuido em relação à pintura do quarto e iluminação dos corredores e estacionamento. A reposição dos itens do café da manhã não acompanha o número de hóspedes, sendo vagarosa. O chão do quarto estava sujo, ralo da banheira/box entupido (mal conseguíamos tomar banho) e o telefone do quarto estava estragado, além disso, os lençóis e cobertas estavam sujos. Café da manhã com poucas opções de salgado. O recepcionista era bem solícito e tentou nos ajudar com a questão do ralo, mas logo na minha chegada ao realizar o check-in já tomei patada do mesmo em frente a outros hóspedes. Quando fui solicitar ajuda na recepção por conta do ralo, o recepcionista me deixou 30 minutos esperando com a recepção vazia, não respondiam whatsapp e o telefone do quarto não funcionava para ligar, quando ele apareceu na recepção, mesmo vendo que eu estava aguardando, ficou fofocando com o pessoal da manutenção e tive que esperar mais um pouco.
