nao gostei,resevei quarto com ar condicionado porem o quarto que foi disponibilizado nao tinha ar, reservei pelo site e paguei o valor com ar, conversei na recepçao e nada ficou resolvido,outra coisa a toalha estava toda rasgada, nao uso toalha assim nem na minha casa falta de respeito com o hospede.
