Les photos et descriptions du bien sont la réalité.Quand à l hôte ,il est très gentil et à l à écoute de ses visiteurs.Bien places pour tout faire à pieds.Que ce soit restaurants,boulangerie.super marche.Primeur et même bois de bons smothis voir cocktails le soir.Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.En plus l appartement est dans une résidence très bien entretenue et cerise sur le gâteau,.il y a une place de parking en sous sol.Parfait RAS.

vous pouvez prendre tous vos repas face a la mer. tout les commerces à portée de pieds. soleil sur la terrasse le matin et dans la chambre en soirée. appartement tout equipé. lave linge et lave vaisselle... vous descendez avec la serviette et vous êtes a l'eau. très bon rapport qualité prix Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. vraiment très bonne location

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! L'appartement est encore mieux qu'en photo. Nous avons passés une superbe semaine avec ces vues magnifiques (mer et montagnes). Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer

Tout était super! Besonders hat uns der wundervolle Blick auf den Strand und das Meer gefallen. Herr Bruyelle war sehr nett und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Im Appartement waren alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war gut und es war durch das abgeschlossene Tor sehr sicher.

Comme à la maison.

A première vue l'appartement ne paye pas de mine mais après s'être installé on s'aperçoit que l'hôte a tout prévu pour un bon séjour. Il y a de la vaisselle, des couverts, de quoi cuisiner (petit problème avec le four qui devrait être changé selon l'hôte). Même pour le petit déjeuner il y a une une cafetière filtre ou une Senséo au choix. La cuisine es ouverte sur le salon permettant de voir la mer. L'appartement possède une grande logia qui nous permet de se mettre à table en regardant la mer et les goélands. La literie est confortable et surtout il y a des rangements partout ce qui est vraiment pratique. L'appartement est traversant permettant de voir le également le côté montagne. On appréciera un emplacement de parking privé et l'ascenseur (surtout pour moi qui a un handicap important à la marche. Toutes sortes de commerces directement en bas de l'immeuble ainsi que des restaurants. On traverse la rue et nous sommes sur la plage. Je n'oublie pas Joël notre hôte qui est très aimable et réactif. Donc nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Traumhafte Lage, Toller Vermieter

Das Appartement liegt hervorragend gelegen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz im umzäunten Gelände. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch eine Spülmaschine und ein Wasserkocher gehören zur Ausstattung. Betten werden bezogen übergeben. Das Appartement hat einen unverbauten, traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den Strand, welcher nur von der Straße (wenig befahren für eine Strandpromenade) vom Haus getrennt ist. Nach hinten ein toller Blick auf das Binnengewässer und die Pyrenäen. Die Wohnung ist ein wenig im Stil der 80er / 90er aber sehr sauber und alles ist gepflegt. Die Möbel und Betten sind alle super in Ordnung Wir können diese Wohnung nur sehr empfehlen. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen quasi zu Füßen im Haus an der Promenade. Etwa nach 2 Km ist man im Hauptort. 6 Sterne für den Vermieter !! Immer hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich, sehr flexibel bei Ankunft / Abreise. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wünschen allen viel Gesundheit und Spaß beim Frühstücken auf der tollen Terrasse. Das vermissen wir jetzt schon... Familie K. L'appartement est très bien situé et dispose de sa propre place de parking dans la zone clôturée. L'appartement est équipé de façon fonctionnelle avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Un lave-vaisselle et une bouilloire font également partie de l'équipement. Les lits sont remis avec des couvertures. L'appartement a une vue imprenable et fantastique sur la mer et la plage, qui n'est séparée de la maison que par la route (peu de circulation pour une promenade sur la plage). A l'arrière, une vue magnifique sur les eaux intérieures et les Pyrénées. L'appartement est un peu dans le style des années 80/90 mais très propre et tout est bien entretenu. Les meubles et les lits sont tous en parfait état. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement. Les magasins et les restaurants sont pratiquement aux pieds de la maison sur la promenade. Après environ 2 km, vous êtes dans la ville principale. 6 étoiles pour le propriétaire ! ! Toujours serviable, très amical, très flexible à l'arrivée / au départ. Nous nous sommes bien amusés et nous souhaitons à tous une bonne santé et du plaisir avec le petit déjeuner sur la grande terrasse. Cela nous manque déjà. . . la famille K.
