Studio(sans chambre, donc) très bien situé (face à la mer, commerçants et marché à 10/15 mn à pied), mais dont la propreté et le fonctionnement laissaient à désirer : - cafetière, réfrigérateur, bac à douche, portes de placards mal, voire pas, nettoyés; - traces d'aliments sur les verres, assiettes, couverts; poêle obsolète - le tout rangé en dépit du bon sens - cafetière, luminaire en panne - seulement 3 cintres - meubles poussiéreux - porte d'entrée difficile à pousser( frottement au sol)

Apparemment mal entretenu

J'ai étais déçu beaucoup de choses abîmé, obligé de mettre du ruban adhésifs pour fermer la porte du frigo, j'ai bricolé la porte de la douche qui ne tenait plus, prise de courant qui n'était pas fixé au mur. C'est la première fois que je suis déçu d'une location par interhome.

Appartement bien agencé et très belle vue sur la mer mais très chaud et bruyant car donnnant sur un parking et un terrain de basket. Doit être parfait hors saison.

Emplacement idéal

L'appart est très propre avec tous ce qu'il faut, très agréable vu sur mer et pas loin de l'ambiance de la ville. Par contre, il faut prendre vos coussins pour bien dormir la nuit. A recommander sans hésitation.
