Detached house for tourist use located in a private estate of 1000 m2, in which there is no traffic only private access. Less than 100 meters from the Rodeira Beach and 300 meters from the center of the town of Cangas de Morrazo, in front of the city of Vigo. The house is totally renovated and in conditions to be inhabited. It is distributed on two floors in the first there is kitchen living room bathroom and two double rooms with double bed, large terrace with garden and barbecue. On the second floor there is a bathroom and four bedrooms, two of them with two beds. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase forming a joint duplex. The house is equipped with the necessary furniture for eleven people, bed linen towels washing machine
The kitchen works with natural gas and boiler heating gas-oil radiators with hot water.
It is ideal for large families and who come to enjoy a season in Cangas not only in summer
