Ideally located in the center of the department, in the heart of the Natural Park and close to major tourist sites, La Maison de Lompech has it all! with its charm with undeniable charm and authenticity, its natural and protected environment in the middle of a preserved heritage, it is the dream place for a relaxing holiday. On a large, partially shaded plot, we like its dominant position with its panoramic view of the village and the valley, we appreciate its cozy living room, its modern fully equipped kitchen, its spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Italian, and its rooms with an exposed traditional framework, and we love the fact that the beds are made on arrival and that the towels are free of charge! The cottage overlooks a magnificent view in an environment of absolute calm, July, August and September guarantee you great sun and warmth. On the ground floor: living / sitting area, fireplace fitted with an insert, dining area, modern and functional fully equipped kitchen, separate WC with washing machine and small sink. Upstairs: Yellow bedroom with a 160 bed - Orange bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink on storage unit, 2 cupboards and wardrobe, separate WC. In the corridor two cupboards and wardrobe. Enclosed grounds, shaded parking. The price includes sheets, towels and household linen included, beds made on arrival, tourist tax included. A receipt - receipt is issued. Living in GOURDON, we welcome and leave our vacationers. A welcome book is at their disposal: it contains the necessary information - welcome to our gîte - shops - health sheet - help and instructions - inventory of each room - departure from the gîte - remarks - appreciations. In the fridge they will find refreshing drinks! If adults occupy the children's room an additional 40 € per person per week will be requested. Due to the weather, if the fireplace works, a contribution for firewood will be requested: 60 € per cubic meter.
