Amazing rural getaway

Great, spacious villa in secluded area. Spent days chilling by the pool which is a great size for spending hours in.

1 Tag vor unserer Ankunft wurde uns Ausfall des Jacuzzi wegen Wasserproblemen ? von Ruralidays.com mitgeteilt! 2 Tage nach Ankunft wurden wir Zeuge das der Mieter der angrenzenden Finca(gleicher Eigentümer) mit gesundheitlichen Problemen ins KH eingeliefert wurde! Diagnose des KH nach Aussage der Ehefrau: Legionellose! (Die Quelle der Infektion kann aber nicht nachgewiesen werden!!) Tag danach große Spül& Desinfektion Aktion in unserem Haus ( es wurde uns keine Begründung hierfür mitgeteilt) und Nachbarshaus! Danach übler Chlor Geruch und komplett verfärbte Wäsche aus der Waschmaschine. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter äußerst mangelhaft! Haus selber ist O.K. und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Leider gab es keine Hausmappe mit den üblichen Informationen wie Müllentsorgung etc..

Magnifique villa /piscine

Tres belle villa dans un cadre idyllique ,vue superbe Grande piscine, jacuzzi ,table de ping-pong, fléchettes, barbecue ...tout pour passer un super séjour ! Les commerces sont à 2 km, on y trouve de tout ,charmants petits restaurants Très bon accueil du propriétaire Le seul hic ,il faut compter près de 40 mn pour se rendre sur la côte mais vraiment : ON Y SERAIT BIEN RESTÉS PLUS LONGTEMPS !!!

Un endroit magnifique

À quelques kilomètres du petit village blanc de Cómpeta, la villa est bien située, c’est un site magnifique dans les montagnes, vue splendide, calme et tranquille. À Cómpeta on trouve de tout, bons restaurants, supermarché terrasses boutiques sans oublier le marché public qui se tient tous les samedis matin. L’aménagement de la maison est parfait il ne manque rien pour le confort. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir du propriétaire Juan Luis qui est très gentil et très dévoué. C’est un endroit idéal pour des vacances en familles ou entre amis.

Perfekter Urlaub

Der Urlaub war zum Erholen gedacht (11 Nächte), was auch geklappt hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett gewesen, auch wenn die Verständigung etwas schwierig war, da er nur Spanisch spricht (ist aber kein Problem in der heuten Zeit, dank Übersetzer und co.) Das Haus und Grundstück war sauber und so wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden, auch eine Waschmaschine. Lediglich Kleinigkeiten am Außengelände könnten mal gemacht werden, aber die hat man in jedem Ferienhaus, von daher ist das auch alles in Ordnung. Ich komme gerne wieder.
