Do you dream of peace, nature and world-class views? Then this spectacular villa in southern Spain is for you. High on a mountaintop with a unique panoramic view of the Mediterranean on one side and a protected nature area on the other, the setting is set for a relaxing holiday in the sun - with 320 days of sunshine a year.



The exclusive villa was built in 2004 and renovated in 2016-18 with a sense of comfort and detail. The house is located on a 3,928 m2 hilly plot - just 17 km from the sea and 10 km from the charming mountain town of Cómpeta.



Outside you will find an impressive terrace on the a whole 250 m2, where you can enjoy the sun, the view and the beautiful outdoor pool with a water depth of 1.50 to 2.20 meters.



The interior of the house is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms with 10 beds in total. 2 of the rooms have a double bed, 1 with a double bed and a bunk bed, and an adjacent room with 1 bunk bed. Bed linen is included in the cleaning price.



The luxury house also has 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and washbasin and on the one also has a hot tub.



In the cooler months, a heat pump and the cozy fireplace provide warmth and comfort.
