Beautifully furnished with split system AC to take the edge off hot days, and radiant heat floors for winter. Has 2 private decks one with outdoor seating space and a barbecue on the other. Fully equipped kitchen with Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Living area has a gas fireplace, Stereo, 60" TV with Apple TV, Netflix, TSN, Sportsnet. 5 minute drive to downtown Canmore, 20 minutes to Banff, 40 minutes to Sunshine Ski Resort.

Note that due to zoning restrictions this is a long term rental only monthly rental, and property is used by hosts for 6-7 months a year, meaning you are truly renting a home, not a typical rental property. Some blocked dates may be available for seasonal workers etc that want a longer term stay. Please message to request other dates.
