PARKING
Enjoy the convenience of a private single-car garage (7` H x 7`6` W x 19` D) along with an exterior driveway, providing parking for up to two vehicles. Once you`ve arrived, leave the car behind and explore Canmore on foot—scenic walking paths, boutique shops, restaurants, cafés, and downtown attractions are all just a short stroll away, making it easy to embrace the mountain lifestyle.

LIVING
Entertain with ease in the spacious open-concept main living area, thoughtfully designed for memorable moments with family and friends. Soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows fill the space with natural light while framing peaceful forest views. The dedicated coffee bar offers a selection of americanos, cappuccinos, and lattes at the touch of a button, making it easy to fuel up before a day of adventure or relax with a warm drink beside the fire.

DINING
The inviting dining area features a harvest-style long table comfortably outfitted for eight, perfect for savoring leisurely meals with family and friends. Gather around, share stories, play board games and enjoy good food & company in a spacious stylish setting.

SLEEPING
Each meticulously designed bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary for restful nights and blissful mornings. Occupying the entire upper level, the primary suite serves as a private retreat featuring a plush king bed, a spa-inspired ensuite, and a spacious walk-in closet. Enjoy lazy mornings with a movie in bed or unwind in complete comfort after a day of adventure.

The second bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and is furnished with a king bed, positioned beside a full bathroom for added convenience. On the lower level, you will find two additional bedrooms—one featuring a queen bed and the other outfitted with bunk beds. Both bedrooms include smart TVs for streaming, creating the perfect space for children to have a space of their own.

For larger groups, the living room sofa converts into a comfortable queen-sized bed. Every bed is dressed with premium linens, plush duvets, and an abundance of pillows to ensure a luxurious and restorative night`s sleep.

BATHROOMS
Spa-inspired bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to rejuvenate and unwind. The ensuite boasts a dual sink vanity, a luxurious soaker tub, and a glass walk-in shower, creating a true retreat within your suite. The second bathroom offers a full three-piece layout with a glass walk-in shower. Downstairs an additional four-piece bathroom complete with shower/bath combo. HOT TUB
An additional fee of $300 is required for hot tub access. This includes a $200 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned after check-out provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or other incidentals are found during the post-stay inspection.

Any assessment of damages or incidentals will be determined by the Canmore Rental Management maintenance team.

HOT TUB MAINTENANCE
Mandatory WEEKLY maintenance is scheduled for FRIDAYS between 10am - 5pm.
Regular maintenance to check chemical levels and ensure the tub operating optimally.
You are not required to be at the property.

*No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*95% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
