Needs upgrades

The location was great, the rooms suited our needs however the primary bedroom is a loft not a closed room. The main concern with this property was its level of cleanliness and overall maintenance. There is no A/C, there are missing screens and multiple windows do not have working window cranks. The entire place, walls to windows is in need of a deep clean. The bedding and towels felt clean, but the overall residence is in disrepair and is needing upgrades. The updated kitchen cabinets draw your attention to the state of the floor as the tiles no longer reach the bases of the cabinets which is when you realize how dirty they are. The doors, windows, baseboards and rugs have not been maintained. The lockbox is barely working and took many of us to get into. There was no point in speaking to the property manager at the time as these issues would need weeks to remedy with experienced carpenters and maintenance.
