Serenity Villa at Tamarack

Presenting the 2330 sq ft Serenity Villa at Tamarack, centrally located in Spring Creek village. This brand new unit has three spacious bedrooms and comfortably sleeps ten in luxurious accommodations. Feel at home in the large open concept living, dining area with gas fire place and fully equipped kitchen. You'll want to make time to spend on the 27 ft deck with fantastic views to Grotto Mountain, with brand new gas BBQ. Steps to downtown Canmore and adventure at your door step.

Two Master Bedrooms with king beds and separate ensuites. Third room has two bunk beds (2 sets of queen and twin)

There is a work out room available, ground floor storage (for bikes, skiis, etc), and indoor hot tub and lounge area with a deck

This is a bustling neighborhood. There is plenty to explore and plenty to do within minutes of the condo.

Everything is within walking distance. Bring your bikes. There is a storage bay in our secure parking area. Two parking spaces are available. Shops and restaurants are right around you.

*Please note that Spring Creek Mountain Village is in the process of further building development, adjacent to the Tamarack building. This may lead to some louder noise levels during the workday, finishing by 4pm (Monday to Friday).

Before You Arrive:

The property remains unoccupied for at least 6 hours before your check-in and is cleaned and sanitized, minimizing any risk of contamination.

Deep Cleaning Protocol:

Our cleaning crew conducts a thorough deep clean of the entire unit, with special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, railings, TV remotes, and light switches.

During Your Stay:

We equip the unit with disinfecting cleaning supplies and hand-sanitizing soaps, for you to maintain a clean and safe environment throughout your visit.

We are here to ensure that your stay is not only comfortable but also adheres to the necessary precautions for health and safety.
- Per the building bylaws, quiet time is between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am

- Minimum Rent Age: Please note the primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- No outdoor shoes are permitted throughout the unit.

- The building is a no-smoking zone. Smoking or vaping indoors, on the open patio, or deck is strictly prohibited. A minimum $500 fine will be imposed on violators and a possible suspension of account by Airbnb depending on the damage.

- In respect of other tenants or guests in adjacent rooms, parties are strictly prohibited. Making noise or playing music that is beyond acceptable level is not allowed.

- Please be courteous to neighbors on the balcony.

- Please load the dishwasher before leaving.

- There is a garbage room downstairs, please throw out garbage before checking out.

- Please ensure to take all your belongings at check out. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

- Items left in the condo will be stored for 30 days and donated or discarded thereafter.

- Sorry, we love pets but can't accommodate them at this time.

What an amazing place to stay!! We were here for a girls’ weekend, and it could not have been more perfect. Every detail was well-thought out from toiletries to kitchen supplies. Host was very responsive, and I can’t wait to return with my family!!

The interior condo was superb: very spacious, comfortable, nice ambience, and kitchen that was stocked with everything one would need. The location is great and very walkable to the downtown strip. I would say however that the photos are somewhat misleading and should be updated. For instance, the view from the main bedroom shows two windows with unemcumbered views but actually just look at other condo buildings. Also, view of photo from balcony again gives the impression of an unemcumbered view but it actually sitting above the main road entering the area which is very busy with traffic.

Great stay-condo was very nice with a fantastic view of the Three Sisters mountains. The kitchen was beautiful and it was so handy to have a washer dryer also. We loved the rooms with comfy beds and the closets were huge. Our daughter loved the bunk beds. Outdoor area was fantastic and it was nice to read on the patio while enjoying the view. The condo was in walking distance to restaurants and downtown and there were tons of walking trails. We had a fantastic time!

Canmore 2025

This property was everything we wanted. The open concept made it very fun for cooking and chatting with everyone. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils etc for putting meals together.The area was beautiful. The restaurant and the market downstairs was a plus. Walking to town was only 10 minutes.All in all we will stay here again in the future.

Perfect place in Canmore!

Loved our stay here!! The property is beautiful and just as pictured. Great location to base our activities. Short walk into Canmore and a quick 15 minute drive to Banff. The Grassi Lakes hike nearby is a must see! Amenities were great and the condo had everything we needed. There was a little noise from the nearby train but it did not bother us. Would definitely return.

Had a great time!

This location was super convenient, quiet and a great space to enjoy with our family. Our 3 year old enjoyed the condo fully and loved being able to see the trains go by. Although the tracks were in view it was quiet in the condo. Also, it was so nice to have our small child there and the condo be so thoughtful on safety - the balcony had plexiglass over the railing area to where we didn’t have to worry and everything in the house was spacious enough to where things would not be run into. Clutter free, clean and had all the things we needed to cook great meals or enjoy take out in.

Canmore vacation

Property was great and we loved Canmore. There is construction outside, but that was mentioned in the listing so was not a surprise. The place will be even better once construction has wrapped up, but it was still very nice and highly recommended.

Beautiful and spacious mountain getaway

Beautiful apartment and location. Feels very new and spacious. The grounds and the convenience of walks make this a great place to stay. There’s quite a bit of street noise from construction and the bar, and a hint of fire smoke in the bathrooms. These are minor points though in a really nice stay.

Best Gem in Canmore

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is without a doubt one of the best! The kitchen was so well stocked for our large group. We cooked alot in the evenings and no issues with 5 or 6 of us working in there. Bedrooms are large and having an ensuite attached to each made it so easy to get everyone out the door. Awesome location. You can easily walk to just about anywhere in Canmore. Grocery store below was a great bonus. Only issue was having no coffee pot (was broken and on back order) and could use a new broom or even a swifter for quick tidy ups. Overall this place was incredible and would rent a 100 times over.

Highly recommend! Great place!

Very spacious and clean, great location! Plenty of towels, blankets and kitchenware provided. The outdoor area is top notch with a nice grill and plenty of seating. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with via email. 5 stars all across!

Great condo and location

The condo is located in an excellent location, within a 5-10 minute walk of numerous restaurants, shops and trails. The grocery store on the first floor was very convenient and the Bridgette restaurant on the first floor was excellent. The condo was very clean, had great views and stocked with all that you would need. Canmore is a great location if exploring Banff National Park and avoids a lot of the business and traffic seen when visiting the town of Banff. Would highly recommend.

Superb

The property was very well appointed with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities. All the beds very comfortable and while there was construction next door the noise between units or outside was minimal. Walking distance to the cute downtown district and east drive to Banff. The communication leading up to the reservation wasn’t the most responsive as we were trying to extend our stay by one nights but in the end everything worked out wonderfully.

Owners are great and property is beautiful

This property is beautiful, they definitely paid so much attention to detail! We did have some issues come up but owner was quick to come and extremely helpful! He even brought us special treats ! The place is huge, great chef type kitchen, comfy beds and very clean. Best part is theee is a store downstairs with small Supermarket, bakery, cafe and basically anything you could want! There is also a new restaurant right below the condo , I did not try it but seemed pretty busy. If your looking for a property to rent in Canmore, look no further, this is it! Thanks so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Gorgeous!

The condo was beautiful! It looked exactly as it was represented, very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen was very well outfitted, we had everything we needed to have a great weekend away with friends. Demelza was very helpful and communicative, and she checked in to see if we were comfortable or needed anything. I would definitely come back again, and it would be fantastic for a large family as well.
