The whole facility was exceptionally clean! The breakfasts were good and the staff very friendly & approachable. Loved how quiet it was - even next to the train. Super location for walking to downtown, restaurants & grocery stores. Two thumbs up!

The lady at the front desk that works nights is not good at her job. We had very loud people above us (family with jumping kids. Sounded like a heard of elephants. I called her to ask her to please tell them not to let the kids jump. She wanted us to put up with it and complain to mgr in the morning. I refused and the begrudgingly changed our room in the evening. She said to us this will not happen again (won’t change our room again, like she did us a favour. The room was clean, breakfast was great and Moncy was very good and very nice. My husband is not happy. It took one person to spoiled our anniversary weekend

Breakfast could definitely be improved. Options and how it is served on paper plates with paper cutlery and cups was not expected at hotel. Limited options and barely any fresh fruit (only apples). The rooms were clean and staff were nice. You can hear the train from our room but it wasn’t very loud
