A wonderful change from corporate and condo rental accommodations. Included is the different freshly cooked breakfast served every morning at a time of your choice. The stay was amazing and the breakfast was something out of this world. The room was nice clean and very spacious as we had booked the Heart Mountain room. The room was right beside the front door but we had zero issues with noise and we never heard the train in the 2 nights we have stayed there. If I book anymore weddings in the Canmore area then I will most likely stay at this Inn as it's close to everything and was a delight to stay in.

Staff is quite curt and abrupt! Not super friendly. Our fireplace did not work when we checked in. When I mentioned that the reason we has booked this room in particular was because of the fireplace...I was abruptly told "all the rooms had fireplaces" well...hello, our's wasn't working!! They eventually called someone from maintenance to fix it. On a positve note, the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!!!! and the facility was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Rooms were so so so quiet!!
