The Malcolm Hotel is always so nice, clean and making our stay special. The soft robes, large bathroom and Mountain View’s are a plus to what we have seen in nearby areas.

EVERY employee I encountered spoke and was very friendly! Lindsey at check in took time to ask about my trip to Canmore. Anthony at the Prime Rib buffet could not have been any more attentive to us and offered many suggestions as well made sure to stop by our table and pour out win. At checkout Eric was very pleasant, and reviewed my one charge to confirm my payment.

The location of the property is excellent, staff is friendly, dining options and food are good, amenities inside the room and on the property are great! The pool and the hot tub with view of the mountains helps you relax and the arcade/game room plus the pool table makes your stay more pleasurable. The espresso maker is cool. However, there's no microwave in the room.

A delightful property on the river. The room and facilities were great. There wasn’t a choice of pillows and their pillows were awful. The staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant. The waitress was great the food was below par and the rose wine was off.
