In the house: roof terrace. Public parking 50 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Cannero" 550 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 21.3 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania Intra 12 km, Wonderwood 11 km. Hiking paths: Alpe Ronno 4.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room villa 95 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with panoramic window with TV. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Shower/WC.
