This apartment, perfect for sunny Cannes vacations, welcomes you with a beautiful living room facing the sea.
The living space is divided into:
- A comfortable lounge with TV
- A fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher)
- A dining area for 4 people
- This room opens onto a terrace equipped with a garden lounge and a second dining area, where you can enjoy an incomparable sea view.
The comfortable bedroom offers:
- A queen-size bed (160cm)
- A large wardrobe
- A spacious shower room (with integrated WC) and separate WC complete the space.
WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Stepping out to enjoy the sun, you can:
- Walk 7 minutes to reach Mouré Rouge Beach
- Walk 10 minutes to enjoy the sea breeze on the Croisette
- Walk 15 minutes or drive 2 minutes to stroll through Palm Beach, eat a pizza at Jean-Jean, or relax on a bench in the Hesperides Garden
And within a 10-minute drive, you can:
- Reach the Palais des Festivals
- Take the train to explore the French Riviera
