From the entrance, a hallway leads to the bright living space, fully oriented toward the garden.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) suitable for one person, a smart TV, and a dining area.
The open-plan kitchen is well laid out and fully equipped (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.).
Large sliding glass doors line the main living areas, opening onto an 80m² southwest-facing garden. This outdoor space offers a dining area and sun loungers.
The sleeping area features a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), large sliding glass doors opening onto the garden, and an en-suite shower room.
A separate toilet is accessible from the entrance.
A private underground parking space is available and easily accessible.

From Nice Airport: 30 to 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.
