Beautiful apartment - great facilities

We stayed at the apartment in October 2011, with our 2 year old son. The apartment is really lovely, very well kitted out and very spacious. It was spotlessly clean. We were also provided with towels and all the bed linen. we only stayed there for a week and the apartment was cleaned during our stay. The owners were very helpful and accommodating - our flight got in early and Claire came to meet and let us into the apartment early. We were able to use the facilities at Villa Francia (which is next door). Our son loved going to the pool and there is a childrens play area, as well as tennis courts etc. We had a car - so cannot comment on how long it would take to walk into Cannes. In the car, it was a 5 minute drive and parking is relatively cheap in Cannes. I am glad we stayed here rather than the centre of Cannes which is really busy with the MIPCOM conference going on. Also glad we went off season - the weather was approx. 25 degs all week and the facilities were relatively quiet. I can imagine this place gets really busy in peak season. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking to visit Nice, Cannes and surrounding areas

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder liebten den großen Pool mit traumhaftem Blick sowie den Fußballplatz, wo sich immer schnell Mitspieler fanden. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Sandstrand mit Beach-Restaurant ist in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, große Supermärkte liegen nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeberin Claire ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Und Cannes ist immer eine Reise wert. Wir wollen definitiv wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, spektakulärem Pool

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist entzückend hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die kleine begrünte Terrasse ist ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthaltsort an heißen Nachmittagen oder lauen Abenden/Nächten. Das Studio ist klimatisiert, großzügig geschnitten und hübsch eingerichtet. Sogar eine Nespressomaschine und ein Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Angenehm ist auch die Spülmaschine - am besten gleich ein paar Tabs mitbringen 😉 Der Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Studio, innerhalb eines Zugangsbeschränkten Bereichs. So kann man verschmerzen, dass der Boulanger nicht wirklich fussläufig erreichbar ist und der Rückweg vom Strand (je nach Umfang des benötigten Equipments 😉), den Berg hinauf, bei 30 Grad doch eher anstrengend ist. Für Ausflüge ins Umland ebenso gut geeigneter Standort, wie für Badeurlaub. Hier lässt sich das eine mit dem anderen gut verbinden! Sehr empfehlenswert.

La bastide du soleil

Très agréable séjour à Cannes entre filles ! La location était à la hauteur de nos éspérances : bien entretenue, propre, spacieuse et très calme. La magnifique piscine à débordement offre une vue imprenable et la plage ne se situe qu'à quelques mètres à pied. Les propriétaires sont supers sympas et disponibles. Nous recommandons la Bastide du soleil à tout le monde !! Activitées conseillées : les îles de Lerins, les plages électroniques, plage, tennis, piscine et les restaurants de la Croisette !

VACANCES ENSOLEILLEES A LA BASTIDE DU SOLEIL

Agréable séjour dans un appartement de haut standing, décoré avec goût, très propre, on s'y sentait comme à la maison. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Activités à proximité, beau parc, piscine de rêve, navette pour aller au centre ville de Cannes...tout y est. La Bastide du Soleil porte bien son nom, elle a ensoleillé nos vacances. Brigitte (Lyon)

Super vacances!

Je conseille vivement cette destination. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous y passons nos vacances. Le cadre est idyllique et très fidèle à la présentation sur le site. Piscine et activités diverses sont au rendez-vous. L'hygiène et le confort sont irréprochables.Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très accueillants et sympathiques.N'hésitez pas si vous souhaitez passer des vacances calmes et reposantes.
