Large tastefully furnished 2 room apartment (56m2), air conditioned, with wonderful views to the sea and the mountains of the Estérel. The large swimming pool is pleasantly hidden, like an oasis, in a 10 000m2 secure park with mature trees and palm trees. Almost all year round you can have breakfast on the deep loggia or lunch while enjoying the sea view. The kitchen is new and modern equipped with espresso / filter coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer etc. The living room has a very practical and comfortable sofa bed (lying area 140x200cm), TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. The 2 beds in the large bedroom are each 90x200cm in size. Bathroom and separate toilet are located next to the bedroom. Electric blinds are available in the living room and bedroom.
Underground parking (for cars not higher than 1,80m).
Restaurants, bakery and supermarket less than 200m away. The picturesque old town of Cannes with its narrow streets and famous restaurants and the interesting market "Marché de Forville" is about 500m away. All sports facilities such as golf and water skiing on site. The very favorable location of this apartment allows a holiday in Cannes without a car! Very good bus connections to Nice and Monaco. Beautiful excursions (by car) into the hinterland to famous old villages such as Saint Paul de Vence, Eze or the perfume town of Grasse. Saint-Tropez and Monaco can be reached in about an hour by car.
The train that runs along the coast, does not bother much.

Lovely apartment by the sea

Just returned to the US from a fabulous week in the Côte d'Azur with my two young sons. Marianne was delightful and met us for check-in. She showed us all of the ins and outs of the property. The apartment was extremely safe and well appointed and we enjoyed the amenities from a washing machine to blackout shades. The kids and I especially enjoyed the very short walk to the pool and the sea. Location was terrific for all there is to enjoy in Cannes. I'd love to return one day!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr günstige Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf eine park ähnliche Anlage und dahinter das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und alles sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und auch die Verbrauchsmaterialien für die ersten Tage (Toilettenpapier, Kaffee, Salz, Öl,...) Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und angenehm. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay, la plage is just a minute away and Cannes Centre Ville can be easily reached walking or scrolling on the board walk.

nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l appartement trės cosy et trės bien situé. Cerise sur le gâteau, dejeuner sur la terrasse où l on profite d une superbe vue et du soleil. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à Marianne pour sa gentillesse.

Tres belle location

Appartement spacieux, tres propre et confortable , bien equipe, joliment decore. Belle vue sur la mer . Emplacement ideal pour visiter Cannes, la vieille ville , la Croisette, le marche couvert, le bord de mer tout proche a pied. Emplacement prive dans parking souterrain. Terrasse tres agreable . Nous avons passe un excellent sejour et nous recommandons vivement cette location dans cette belle residence de standing.
