Located in the heart of Cannes, this lovely air-conditioned apartment enjoys a prime location just 20 meters from Rue Meynadier, the city’s most lively and popular pedestrian shopping street. Whether you are visiting for a congress or for holidays, everything is within walking distance: the Palais des Festivals is only 5 minutes away, as are the beaches.

From the apartment, you can easily reach Cannes’ iconic spots on foot:
the Forville Market (150 m), the old town of Le Suquet (400 m), the harbor (300 m), and La Croisette (500 m), famous for its private beaches, prestigious palaces and luxury boutiques.

Start with the good; Clean. Great armoire for clothes. A/C was very important in July and it worked very well. Location is truly excellent, right where you want to be. Nice quiet street with friendly people walking around. Bed and beddings very comfortable and cool and I slept very well. Not good: Very heavy door leading into the building. Be aware if you are older or do not have muscle tone. Stairs only leading up to first floor apartment. No bidet in bathroom. Iron bars on the apartment windows so no emergency exit, Very small main area. Possible for 4 people to sleep, but not be able to accommodate 4 suitcases or even 4 adults walking around at the same time. Maybe 2 adults and two small children with no separate luggage okay. Bathroom very small and no window. So when the bathroom light went out during stay, difficult to see myself to apply makeup. Shower very small. Tight queeze even with one person in the bathroom, but manageable. Overall: As a solo adult somewhat fit woman traveling, it was acceptable for me for one week. I felt safe in the area and it js a small clean unit with working A/C in the middle of summer. For more than 2 adults (and possible kids without extra luggage), I absolutely do not think it will work. The photos make it look much larger than it actually is. If you are claustrophobic, you will want to consider what I’ve said about size and iron bars on windows.
