## Logement
Located on the top floor of a small building (two storeys), this bright and very clean flat offers a peaceful setting with no opposite neighbours, and only one neighbour to the right, being a corner flat. **The entire flat is fully air-conditioned** for your comfort.

- The terrace with sea view is protected by a tiled roof to prevent excessive heat, which is also an advantage for the bedroom balcony.
- The sea view is splendid.
- The swimming pool is the largest in Cannes, open from 15/04 to 05/11. Correct swimming attire is required.
- From 01/04 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 05/11, deckchairs are available free of charge.
- From 01/07 to 25/08, deckchairs are available at a charge of €4 per half-day (subject to availability).

The flat comprises :

- One bedroom with double bed (French window fitted with mosquito net and electric shutter).
- A bathroom.
- An air-conditioned living room with a quality Center leather sofa bed for relaxing after an intense day at the seaside or swimming pool.
- A large bay window, two balconies and a garden that will be much appreciated in summer.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay:

- Wifi, Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, two coffee makers (one espresso), electric grill, sandwich maker, toaster, ironing facilities, two hairdryers, hoover, two large cupboards, six pillows; two large quality duvets and a mattress topper.

Cannes, a city in the South of France on the French Riviera, is known for its famous festival. Fortunately it is not only that! The Croisette is the emblematic place of the city, along the Mediterranean Sea, and many stores and restaurants will welcome you with pleasure! The city is known for its cleanliness, safety and of course for its quality of life. The climate, beaches and clean air make it a popular place all year round. Opposite Cannes is the Ile Sainte Marguerite, ideal for a day trip by boat. Finally, the numerous buses will allow you to travel all over the city.

- Bus Les Mimosas 7: 2m walk (highly recommended as there are few parking spaces in the city centre)
